Install Electrum, and generate a new wallet. You can store your wallet in your head (brainwallet), offline printed out in a safe, or on ultra-secure separate computer.
Export your master public key from Electrum. Currently this can be done using command line:
electrum get master_public_key
Put your master key above, and select your preferred currency. Unique URL is generated for you. You can share this URL with your employees, friends and family, and they can also accept payments for you. It also works great on mobile devices.
